Their Needs
Univision needed support with the development of its website, video player, and app, as well as the improvement of their overall performance. Upgrading the UX was also their priority, as they were looking to create a more seamless environment for their users. They also needed help with the maintenance of their products, the reason why they used our comprehensive services to handle three crucial aspects: monitoring, remediation, and management.
Our Expert Solutions
BairesDev’s team is involved in the development of many of Univision’s main products, including a Sports Metadata Service with Spring Boot in compliance with the SportsMl open standard.
BairesDev also develops the Univision News mobile application, the updated news portal for the US Hispanic community. The user-centric design facilitates navigation and allows the user to watch the videos of favorite news shows, receive notifications of breaking news, and share all the contents through email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Our team also assisted with the Content Management System (CMS) migration to a new version, and to the editors that upload content to the platform, adding new functionalities and building microservices to boost that purpose.
BairesDev being on the similar time zone has helped us tremendously in our productivity, especially in an agile structure. They have high quality resources who are willing to go that extra mile to provide value in development.VP of Engineering
