Reskilling Talent for Careers in Tech

As we ring in 2023, at BairesDev, we are continuing our efforts to make a difference in the tech sector. And we’ve already taken strides toward furthering that mission: we’re pleased to report that our 7th Giveback Program was a success. The donations will benefit nonprofit organizations that collectively support more than 21,000 professionals annually.
The BairesDev Giveback Program is a twice-yearly initiative that helps foster a more diverse and inclusive tech industry. In each edition, we curate a selection of NPOs that share this mission and invite our clients to choose among these organizations to direct our donations.
The 7th edition focused on three NPOs that support underrepresented minorities by reskilling individuals who want to pursue careers in the industry:

“It was a blessing for someone like myself who couldn’t afford to attend a Bootcamp or university,” said Whitney Harper, who received support from Reskill Americans. “I’ve learned skills, gained experience, and completed projects that have helped me begin my career.”
Our donations will support a variety of operations and activities, including certification exams, research, supplies, support services, career coaching, and more.
This is part of a larger effort to provide opportunities for underrepresented talent in tech: from 2021 to 2022, we have increased our corporate social responsibility investments by 73%, an achievement also noted on the BairesDev CSR page.
