The first time a property on the object is called, it loads the entire data. A value holder creates a generic object that handles lazy loading behavior. This object appears in place of an object’s data fields.

Code splitting is dividing the code into various bundles or smaller components, which can then be loaded on demand or in parallel. As an application grows in complexity or is maintained, CSS and JavaScript bundles or individual files grow in size, especially as the quantity of included third-party libraries increases. While the total amount of code remains the same, the code needed during the initial load can be reduced.

Server-side rendering means that your site’s content is generated on the server, then sent to the browser. When a website’s JavaScript is rendered on the website’s server, a fully rendered page is sent to the client, and the client’s JavaScript bundle engages and enables the Single Page Application framework to operate.
